طلب حذف البيانات

يحق لك طلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية المخزّنة لدى أرابيكس إكسبرس (ARABEX EXPRESS FOR CONSUMER ORDERS DELIVERY CO. W.L.L.) — سواء جُمعت عبر الموقع، أو بوابة التجار، أو تطبيق المندوب، أو محادثات واتساب مع أرقامنا، أو عبر تسجيل الدخول بحساب فيسبوك للأعمال.

كيف تقدّم الطلب؟

أرسل رسالة بعنوان «حذف بياناتي» من نفس رقم الجوال المسجّل لدينا إلى واتساب +965 6777 0565، أو بريداً إلى ali@arabexkw.com يذكر رقم الجوال أو البريد المسجّل.
سنتحقق من ملكيتك للرقم (برسالة تأكيد أو رمز تحقق على نفس الرقم).
نحذف بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى ونؤكد لك ذلك بنفس الطريقة.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك وعناوينك المحفوظة في دفتر العناوين.
محادثات واتساب والدردشة المرتبطة برقمك وملفات الوسائط.
أي بيانات وردتنا من منصة Meta (واتساب للأعمال / تسجيل دخول فيسبوك للأعمال) المرتبطة بك.

استثناء قانوني: سجلات الشحنات والفواتير التي يلزمنا القانون الكويتي بالاحتفاظ بها (حتى 5 سنوات) تبقى في أرشيفنا المحاسبي لكن تُجهَّل بياناتك الشخصية فيها (يُستبدل الاسم والرقم برموز) ولا تُستخدم لأي تواصل.

لإيقاف إشعارات واتساب فقط (دون حذف البيانات) يكفي الرد بكلمة «إيقاف» أو STOP على رسالة الإشعار.

Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data stored by ArabEx Express (ARABEX EXPRESS FOR CONSUMER ORDERS DELIVERY CO. W.L.L.) — whether it was collected through our website, the merchant portal, the driver app, WhatsApp conversations with our numbers, or Facebook Login for Business.

How to submit a request

Send a message titled "Delete my data" from the mobile number registered with us to WhatsApp +965 6777 0565, or e-mail ali@arabexkw.com stating the registered mobile number or e-mail.
We verify that you own the number (confirmation message or verification code sent to the same number).
We delete your data within 30 days at most and confirm it to you the same way.

What gets deleted

Your name, mobile number, e-mail and the addresses saved in our address book.
WhatsApp and chat conversations linked to your number, including media files.
Any data we received from Meta's platform (WhatsApp Business Platform / Facebook Login for Business) that is linked to you.

Legal exception: shipment records and invoices that Kuwaiti law requires us to keep (up to 5 years) remain in our accounting archive, but your personal data in them is anonymised (name and number replaced by codes) and never used for any communication.

To stop WhatsApp notifications only (without deleting data), simply reply STOP (or «إيقاف») to the notification message.
